We welcome phone calls and visits from our clients. Our customer service staff will be more than happy to answer questions about the following.

• The purpose and uses of an academic credentials evaluation
• Our policies and procedures
• The application process
• Receipt of applications, payment, supporting documentation, etc.
• Status of ongoing or completed cases
• Issue of additional evaluation copies

For inquiries regarding the specific content of an evaluation, FCSA requires that questions be presented in writing we suggest sending inquiries via e-mail or fax. Our evaluators will review the file, conduct further research if necessary, and respond to your questions.

You may visit our offices at 1910 Justin Lane in Austin, Texas, any time during our working hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary. Our customer service staff will be happy to assist you with the application process or to answer general questions, though you will not be able to meet with the evaluator without an appointment.
